Enhancing Natural Light and Modern Elegance

Thanks to its cross-lighting, the ground floor was already bright, but the kitchen materials and living room decor made the space feel darker.

For the interior design, we opted for wide-plank brushed and varnished natural oak flooring, complemented by neutral paint tones from Farrow & Ball. A custom-made wall unit, designed by our agency and crafted by our skilled carpenter, is highlighted by a terracotta accent wall at the back of the room.

The sleek and functional kitchen was restructured with a central island and a snack counter, featuring matte lacquered fronts, as well as Dekton countertops and backsplashes.
