In terms of the interior architecture, we completely decompartmentalised the entrance hall, kitchen and living room to create large open spaces and a fluid flow of movement. The new kitchen, finished in black and oak, is separated from the entrance hall by a solid oak screen, a theme that can also be found next to the made-to-measure cupboard in the entrance hall.

In terms of decoration, we chose a stone-effect porcelain stoneware for all the floors in the house and the walls of the bathroom, which with its three formats brings authenticity and modernity. A terracotta tint covers one wall of the living room, highlighting the natural oak in the dining room and the corner sofa in linen. On either side of the original fireplace, thick oak shelves add a contemporary touch.

Outside, around the swimming pool, we designed and built two large terraces in Cumaru, inviting you to relax.
