The owners entrusted us with the task of completely renovating and decorating the 70 m² house in a warm, contemporary style, with the aim of making it available for seasonal rental.

In terms of decoration, we chose LVT flooring in a natural oak look for its warmth and practicality, allowing the tenant to walk to and from the pool without risk to the floor.

Stone-effect porcelain stoneware was laid on the kitchen floor and on the floor and walls of the bathroom, creating a contrast with the contemporary white furnishings. A solid oak screen at the entrance to the bathroom acts as a visual break.

We chose a neutral Farrow & Ball paint for all the walls and personalised each bedroom with a blue wall at the headboard.

In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed provides additional sleeping space.
